i found two double beds perfect for our group. the hotel was really close to bars and restaurants. it was also really close to utilita arena.

the weather was very windy and my room 907 was very noisy. i did not sleep at all. it was very load with the wind whistling down the corridor.

the room size impressed me. it was super tidy and offered ample space to relax after a day exploring. i enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast. a great variety of options ensured a satisfying start to the day with many choices.

i booked a club lounge access room, but it smelled of cigarette smoke, at first. it was moved, and the replacement room was much better.

outdated bathroom hot water control

the breakfast buffet offered a good choice of fresh food.

the bathroom felt outdated. it had a difficult-to-access bathtub without proper support. the hot water control did not work well, so regulating the water temperature was impossible. i could not shower properly, which ruined the stay.

the manager acknowledged me quickly upon my arrival. he helped me with my luggage. reception staff members were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good range of options.

i found the air conditioning unit quite loud. it impacted the room's overall comfort. i hope this can be addressed in the future.

the location is central providing easy access to many attractions staff offered prompt and friendly service i found a provided ironing kit very useful the shower was hot and the tv had many channels to choose from

the air conditioning system made significant noise disrupting sleep i wish there was a solution to reduce noise level in rooms

quick check-in spacious room polite staff noisy air conditioning delayed order clean wine glasses

the check-in process was quick. the room was spacious. the staff was polite (they were helpful too).

The air conditioning unit was very noisy, so i had to turn it off. i tried to order sandwiches late in the evening. It took over an hour for them to arrive. there were no clean wine glasses available.

Breakfast included a full range of traditional English options. There was convenient parking directly under the hotel. The room was very clean. It was obvious the cleaning staff put in a lot of effort.

My shower had major issues, water came out sideways.
